1. 30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from edytheortiz.store, you can easily request a return by emailing us at [email protected]. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the product. We always put customer satisfaction first and will try to provide the best solution.

Order Cancellation Time

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment. If the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or edit your order details.
